There is a wealth of benefits from yoga. For me personally, yoga helped with joint pain. Now, I help others discover and become comfortable with yoga. This practice, born from a specific worldview has now been assimilated into countless worldviews for its practical health benefits.
Based in Fort Worth, Texas I am available for private and group sessions. Together, in a relaxed, nonjudgmental atmosphere, we'll design a routine that is directed to your physical and emotional needs.
In addition, I am available to your large group for an introduction class to yoga.
You will discover this practice that may seem foreign, fad, or counter faith, in fact, fits into your life and will benefit your health greatly.
